Stephane Lacoste. CSO (Chief Spatula Officer;)
Having worked in Montreal restaurant in my early adulthood, I dove back in the trade in my late 40s, supplying cheesecakes to many great restaurants in the Beaches and worked at Velouté Bistro. I opened this restaurant because I live a few doors down and our neighbourhood needed a place like it. This is my hang out, my cuisine and it's opened to you.


Hugo Lacoste - Partner at large
Hugo, my son, brings an incredible discipline and structure to our kitchen along with a talent for flavours and audacity. With work experience including Velouté, Prohibition, Bistro Select and Ruby Watch Co. his knowledge and finesse brings the best out of every recipe.
