Our Fish + Frite recipe!

I had the pleasure of opening my kitchen to the Foody Traveller earlier this month and share my recipe for a beautiful Asian inspired Fish -n- Chips. I call it fish and frites because, well... it's a French thing. It's the sea version of our Steak Frites.
