Inspired by our terroir and Québec's French, English and Native approach to cuisine, our menu is carefully crafted to bring you quality and tasteful twist on world cuisine.
As a Chef, I try and limit the amount of sugar, salt and fat, -all too often injected in foods as pallet pleasers. Instead, I prefer to experiment with foreign spices, produce, ingredients; and play by mixing savoury and sweet.
We are a small restaurant, reservations are a good idea.
